You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jita account. This means:

• Logging out of jita when using a shared or public device.
• Contacting jita support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

jita will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from jita and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

jita offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Bonus eligibility: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment account. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection — jita's system will record the state of the game at the point of failure. When you reconnect, the game will resume from that point where possible. If the game cannot be resumed, the bet will be settled based on the last recorded game state.

jita reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jita and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive jita or other players, including providing false identity information or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino games.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the jita platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, or any other method not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using jita to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jita cooperates fully with law enforcement in cases of suspected money laundering.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your jita account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate jita transaction. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the disputed amount recovered.

Inactivity fee: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more and hold a positive balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee. If your account is closed by jita due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
